Introduction to Letterpress

Participants will learn the introduction to letterpress printing and the general operation of a Vandercook cylinder press. We will examine the technical aspects of letterpress which includes a overview of printing with photopolymer and magnesium cuts, proper inking, form lock-up, make ready, and packing.
