Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after they are placed. Occasionally, an item may be on back-order requiring a few more days to complete processing. If this is the case, we will inform you via email with an estimated time of delivery. Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the weight of the order. Standard shipping methods via United Parcel Service is 2 to 6 days. If you need to expedite your order please select a quicker service or email orders@tiselle.com. We will email a confirmation when your order has shipped.

Return Policy
All wholesale returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If a merchandise is defective, we will be replaced without charge. Returns are not accepted more than 10 days after receipt of the merchandise. All returned merchandise must be sent unused and in original condition and packaging, along with a copy of the invoice. Please highlight return items on invoice. Shipping cost are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Damaged shipments must be reported immediately to the carrier. You must save the package for inspection.

International Orders
We take international orders. There will be no returns or exchanges for international orders. Please allow for longer shipping time. The estimated shipping time for international orders can take up to 2-3 weeks.
